ADMISSION TO B.A. / B.Sc. HONOURS 2012-2013:
According to the specifications adopted by each department of
Muralidhar Girls' College, Admission Forms for Honours courses will
be available after the publication of results of the Council / Board
Examination both On-line and from the college counter.
Candidates who wish
to apply On-line (through Internet) may download the Admission Form along with the
Bank Challan, from our site
www.muralidhargirlscollege.com, fill up the Admission Forms
On-line and submit between
5th to 13th JUNE
2012. The candidates can apply for more than one Honours
subject. Application Fee for one Honours Subject costs Rs 150/-.
Candidates
who are willing to submit Application Forms for more than one Honours subjects will have to pay Rs-50/- as cost of
Admission Form, for each
subsequent subject, which must be deposited at ANDHRA BANK,
Muralidhar Girls' College Branch along with the printout of the Bank Challan.
Candiates Must submit a printout of the Admission Form
(submitted On-line) along with the following documents and a copy of
Bank Challan at the college counter
(12th, 13th, 14th JUNE
2012 between 11a.m. & 3p.m.). Candidates must also retain a printout of the Bank Challan.
Merit List of selected
candidates (1st, 2nd, 3rd lists) will be published for all Honours
candidates on 25th JUNE 2012 after 3p.m.
Admission will start from
28th JUNE 2012, between 11a.m. & 3p.m. |

Documents
required at time of admission:
- Original Mark-Sheet (Not Laminated) of Higher Secondary Level. (10+2).
- Original Admit Card and Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or Equivalent
Examination.
- Attested copy of Admit Card of Madhyamik or Equivalent for age
verification.
- Attested copy of Mark-Sheet of Higher Secondary level (10+2).
- Original and attested SC / ST Certificate in case of SC / ST
candidates.
- Migration Certificate in case of migrating students.
- One Stamp size Photograph (to be pasted in Application Form).
- Original Mark Sheet (Not Laminated) of Higher Secondary Level (10+2) will have
to be produced while receiving the Application Form from college
counter.

Candiates of General courses are not allowed to fill up on-line
admission Form .They Have to collect and fill-up Admission Forms
from the college.
Candidates have to show the original mark-sheet (Not Laminated) while receiving the
Application Forms. |

SC/ST Certificate, from the Government in her own name.
Students who have passed examination equivalent to H.S. Examination
of West Bengal Council will be admitted, subject to the condition
that they must have passed in four(4) subjects (i.e. they have obtained
40% in each subject ), provided she has also passed in English
having full marks of not being less than 100. |

- N.B.:- Rs.250/- to be paid as field
study tour for Geography & Botany students (Honours & General).
- Laboratory charges to be paid @Rs.500/- per annum.
- Tuition fee, Lab. Fee, & Media Lab. fee is being calculated for the month of July, August, & September.
- Membership fee for the students’ Co-operative store - Rs.50/-. Enrolment fees for N.C.C.
is Rs.25/- only.
- Migration fee Rs.100/- for student migrating from
other universities/Boards,
- Transfer certificate fee Rs.100/-.
- Withdrawal Fee Rs.100/- only (no money will be refunded in case of
withdrawal / transfer).
- Fine for late payment: Tuition Fee and Lab
fee are payable quarterly. Delay Fine will be charged @Rs 100
- after15th of the second month of each quarter.
- In case of loss
of fee card or library lending card a fresh copy will be supplied
on payment Rs-15/-.
- Failure of return library books by the
due date will make a student liable to pay a fine of Rs.1/- per day.
- Loss of library books by a student will make her either
to restore a new copy or pay the actual price of the book.
- Subject
change Fee Rs 50/-(per subject) depending on the availability of
seats.
