  •  Candidates whose names are in the 1st list are asked to take admission on 30th June 2015 between 10:30a.m. and 3p.m. with all original documents. 1st list will be treated as cancelled on 30th June 2015 after 3p.m. 
  • Candidates whose names are in the 2nd list may take admission on 1st July 2015, if seats are available after covering the 1st list. Admission will be taken according to serial number basis in merit list, so they should be present within 11:30a.m. positively, otherwise they will not be allowed to take admission. After 11:30a.m. admission will be taken on first-come-first-served basis.
  • Candidates whose names are in the 3rd list may take admission on 2nd July 2015, if seats are available after covering the 2nd list. Admission will be taken according to serial number basis in merit list, so they should be present within 11:30a.m. positively, otherwise they will not be allowed to take admission. After 11:30a.m. admission will be taken on first-come-first-served basis.
  • Candidates whose names are in the Waiting List are asked to contact the College office on 6th July, 2015 after 1:00 pm.

      Documents required at time of submission of Admission Form:

 

§             Original Mark-Sheet (Not Laminated) of Higher Secondary Level (10+2).        

§            Original Admit Card of Madhyamik  and Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examination.

§            Original SC / ST / OBC Certificate in the name of the candidate, in case of SC / ST / OBC candidates

§            Original Migration Certificate in case of migrating students.

§            Attested photocopy of Admit Card of Madhyamik and Higher Secondary (both side) or Equivalent for  verification.

§           Attested photocopy (both side) of Mark-Sheet of Higher Secondary level (10+2).

§           Attested photocopy of SC / ST / OBC Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC candidates.

§           Attested photocopy of Migration Certificate in case of migrating students.

 

§            One Stamp size Photograph (to be pasted in Application Form).

 

MURALIDHAR GIRLS' COLLEGE (Notice No. 84, dt: 15th May 2015) - ALL CLASSES WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM 16TH MAY 2015 TO 30TH JUNE 2015 DUE TO SUMMER RECESS. HOWEVER THE COLLEGE OFFICE WILL REMAIN OPEN FROM 11:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. EXCEPT SATURDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Steps to Fill-Up Online Admission  Form 2015-2016 from Admission Link

IN CASE OF ANY VIOLATION OF SUBJECT CRITERIA OR ELECTIVE SUBJECT SELECTION, YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE VALIDATED  AND WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE FINAL MERIT LIST - PLEASE READ THE CRITERIA VERY CAREFULLY

1.       Open internet connection and type the address www.muralidhargirlscollege.com in address bar - > click on Go or press enter from keyboard to open the website.

2.       Check all Admission Criteria and Norms (2015-2016) from Informations / Admission menu.

3.       Go to Informations / Admission menu -> Admission 2015-2016 Link.

4.       Click on ‘Click Here For Admission 2015’ link. (Before that you may check for Admission Details, Admission Fees, and Bank Details.

5.       Now from ‘Please Fill Up The Form STEP I’ screen mention your:

a)    Board ->  WBCHSE, ISC, & CBSE candidates can apply for Honours, General, and Major (TTMV) courses online. (National Open School , Rabindra Mukta Bidyalaya, & other or International Board candidates are not eligible for Honours online admission. They have to contact at the college office. However National Open School , Rabindra Mukta Bidyalaya students are eligible to fill online admission form for General courses only. They are only allowed to choose Combination 1 & Combination 6 only from elective list)

b)   10 + 2 passing year -> WBCHSE, ISC, & CBSE candidates of 2015 session can apply for online admission (candidates of 2014 session can apply for online admission provided the candidate did not take admission anywhere in previous year).

c)    Course ->Select course as General / Major or any Honours subject with specified combinations.

d)   Click on Submit to go to Step II or click on Reset to cancel your current choices.

6.       Next Screen is ‘Please Fill Up The Form STEP II’. Following points are here:

a)    Stream ->In case of Honours Course choose subject with specified criteria very carefully. (College will not be responsible for any wrong choice. To minimize error please go through the admission criteria repeatedly). 

In case of General or Pass Course, choose Combination very carefully. For B.A. General there are 7 combinations (except for NIOS and RMB candidates, as they must select  from two combinations 1 and 6), for B.Sc. General there are 4 combinations, and for B.A.Major there is single choice TTMV B.A. (Major).

b)   Subject Criteria -> In case of Honours, you are to specify Subject Criteria 1 and Subject Criteria 2, if any, as per Admission Criteria. In case of General, no Subject Criteria box will be there.

c)    Elective Subject  -> Next, in case of Honours, you are to select 2 elective subjects from Elective Subject drop down list. In case of General, 3 elective subjects from Elective Subject drop down list. In case of TTMV B.A. (Major), your choice will be restricted in TTMV, History, and Sociology only.

d)   Enter H.S. (10 + 2) Marks (Excluding ENVS (Environment) Marks) -> As per Admission Subject Criteria some boxes will be pre-filled along with English. You are to select rest of the 10+2 subjects along with marks. (College will not be responsible for any wrong entry. To minimize error please go through the admission criteria repeatedly). 

e)   Click on Submit to go to Step III or click on Reset to cancel your current choices.

7.       Next Screen will be the Final Admission Form in STEP III. Fill the Form very carefully. Type your Name, Full Address, Father’s Name & Occupation, Mother’s Name & Occupation, Phone/Mobile Number , Local Guardian Name, Address, Relationship, Mobile/Telephone No., Previous School Detail, 10+2 Roll Number etc. Stream, Year, Board, Marks, Category, Aggregate Marks, Best 4 Percentage etc. will be pre-filled. At the end do not forget to click in Declaration check box. Finally click on Submit button to complete your Admission Form fill-up process.

8.       In next screen (FORM NUMBER WILL BE DISPLAYED AT UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE SCREEN. YOU MUST NOTE DOWN THIS NUMBER FOR FUTURE REFERNCE) you may choose to go for another Admission Form fill-up for another Honours / General / TTMV (Major) subject. Candidate will be allowed to fill-up 3 consecutive Admission Forms before printing the final challan. In that case the amount of 1st form will be Rs. 300/- and Rs. 50/- for the rest 2 forms.

9.       Now, if you do not want to go for another Admission Form then click on Print Challan button to see the Challan (this Challan has 3 parts, Student copy, Bank copy, and College copy with the student name, H.S. Roll No., Form number(s), Subject chosen, Amount to deposit in any of the specified Andhra Bank Branches, Andhra Bank A/C number etc.). TAKE A PRINT OUT OF THIS CHALLAN AND DEPOSIT THE PRE-PRINTED AMOUNT IN ANY OF THE SPECIFIED ANDHRA BANK BRANCHES within 48 hours(Check Andhra Bank Branch list (West Bengal) link under Informations / Admission menu from home page).

10.   Click Here For Online Admission Form 2015’ button will be active from 01-06-2015 to 15-06-2015 12:00 night.

11.   After depositing the admission form amount at any Andhra Bank Branch within 48 hours  go to www.muralidhargirlscollege.com  website again and open the Admission Link to validate your form.

12.   Now, click on ‘Validate Admission Form’ button. Enter your Form number (printed on your challan copy), and click on Submit button. You must validate your Form(s) within 48 hours of your submission of the Challan amount to the Andhra bank. Before validation you will not be able to find/take print-out of your filled-up Form(s). After successful validation, you will find your filled-up Admission Form(s) and now take print out(s).

13.      Wait till 23-06-2015 3:00 P.M. to see the Merit List from www.muralidhargirlscollege.com website. If you find your name in the Merit list, then come to Muralidhar Girls’ College for Verification (dates will be announced shortly in college website), with all relevant documents (as mentioned in Admission Criteria) along with College copy of the Challan.

14.      Go to www.muralidhargirlscollege.com  website again and open the Admission Link. Click on ‘Admission Fee Print’ button. Choose your Course as Honours / Pass. Enter your Admission Form Number and click on Submit button.

15.      Finally take a print out of Admission Fee Challan (Amount of Admission Fee to be deposited in Andhra Bank will be printed on the Admision Fee Challan). Deposit Admission Fee to Andhra Bank (on dates which will be notified later) and contact the College office to complete the rest of the formalities.
